New Year's Blog!

Over the last 3 weeks of winter break, I had a lot of fun! I went to Idyllwild, which is in the San Jacinto Mountains. My partner and I took tons of photos up there because we both enjoy photography. To the right you can see a cabin that we saw after going to the garden. We met Mayor Max, who is a dog that became the mayor of this town in 2013. I liked this photo because of how the sun and the roof of the cabin move your eyes toward the car.

Secondly, I went to Colorado for a week to see my cousin, who was having her first child! There was tons of snow, and to the left, you could see the outside of the hospital. I chose this picture because I enjoy how the balcony of the parking lot and the building nicely framed the waterfall. I brought my camcorder to both of these trips to capture the grainy, nostalgic-looking photos which you can see below.
