This Thanksgiving, I'm grateful for the opportunities and people who have surrounded me. This year especially, I've made connections that have changed my perspective on life and given me lots of opportunities to grow. My new teachers and friends have all left an impact on me. I'm thankful that they are in my life, and that I got to learn from these experiences.

To the left is one of the first few photos I took. Thankfully, the crow moved at the perfect time in order for me to get this picture.

I used a fast shutter speed to capture a still photo. I love this photo because you can see the bird's wings in action.

Now the photo on the right is another one of my earlier photos. I loved this because I was trying a new perspective. This came out awesome because of the subject's reaction!

I used a higher aperture to capture both subjects in focus.

Lastly, to the left is a recent picture of mine. I love this picture because it captures the beauty of the flowers but also because of the "STEAM" building in the background. I'm most thankful for the STEAM programs our school provides for us. I used a lower aperture to make the flowers the main focus. These photos have been my favorites so far this year and I am extremely grateful to have access to this class and the cameras! Thank you, Mr. Phun!
